Moon Over Middletown

This photo was actually taken back on October 15, the day before Allie and I started our 365 day project. Rob and I decided to try out the new camera and drove to one of the highest points in town. We didn't have much time to work with as the moon began its ascent. We took several photos, and this is the only one with the proper exposure.

I'm pretty new to night photography, so the fact that we got this to work was fantastic! It is cropped as a 4x10 photograph.

Very nice - what size lens did you use and what's the new camera?
Peace, Judi

I used my canon ef 70-300 lens on the Canon 50D. :)
